A 300 g Assortment of Napolitains with Venezuela milk chocolate. A few simple ingredients for a balanced chocolate: from the Venezuelan Ocumare cacao beans, Venchi produces a cocoa mass with hints of dried fruit and ripe cherries. When milk and sugar are added, the result is a high cocoa content chocolate. The high percentage of cocoa bean components (47% compared to the 33% generally found in Venchi milk chocolate and the 25% required by Italian law) creates the Venezuela Blend, which is half way between a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate. It is the ideal chocolate for those who love both milk and dark chocolate. The shape of the Napolitain (square and not very thick) makes it the ideal product to accompany or sweeten a coffee, complete a dessert or finish a meal. The assortment is packed in a transparent bag with a golden seal and contains about 40 chocolates (each chocolate weighs about 7.5 g). Cocoa of Venezuelan origin is also used by Venchi for the production of two milk chocolate bars (70% and 100%) and some chocolates (the shell of the Suprema and the Tiramisu).
