Through our ongoing efforts to create delights that are both delicious and lower in sugar, we are thrilled to present a range of intense yet balanced chocolate products with 70% less sugar than standard Venchi recipes and with no artificial sweeteners. To create this range we chose a unique cocoa mass that is naturally sweet, rich and enveloping, and pairs perfectly with whole Piedmont Hazelnuts. In this recipe, the hazelnuts—enrobed in aromatic 60% dark chocolate—are the star of the show.
