An assortment of various types of Gianduiotto, Venchi's historic chocolate creation, in a green Christmas gift box with gilded calligraphy. You can taste four different types of Gianduiotti:
- Gianduiotto Venezuela: Piedmont Hazelnuts (containing a minimum of 33%) delicately toasted combined with the unique creaminess of Venezuelan Carenero cocoa beans. The Carenero is not a specific type of cocoa bean but is a mixture of different varieties: Trinitario, Amenolado Legon Forastero and Criollo. This is a cocoa with an intense flavour, a characteristic note of milk and hazelnuts that perfectly suits the velvety creaminess of our gianduiotto.
- Gianduiotto Vintage Recipe: This classic Gianduiotto is still made according to the historic Venchi recipe, which makes the hazelnut paste the undisputed star of this recipe. The minimum percentage of hazelnuts used for the Gianduja milk base is 32%. A chocolate to be tasted on its own, with all its creaminess and intensity. Perfect also in combination with a dry wine, which balances the buttery notes.
- Gianduiotto Cacao Extra: 75% dark chocolate filled with soft dark gianduja. This historic Venchi recipe, in its dark version, still requires the use of a minimum hazelnut content of 30% in the gianduja. A chocolate that celebrates the traditional combination of chocolate and hazelnut in a "dark" version. To be enjoyed on its own, with all its intensity. Exclusive recipe without milk.
- Dark Gianduiotto filled with soft milk Gianduja, still made according to the historic Venchi recipe. A chocolate that combines the intense notes of hazelnut, with a minimum content of 32% in the Gianduja filling and a 56% dark shell that balances the buttery notes and sweetness. To be enjoyed on its own or together with a dry wine.
