VENCHI CHATBOT

The following terms of use are intended to inform users about the limitations and guidelines for the use of the artificial intelligence based chatbot ("Venchi Chatbot") provided by Venchi S.p.A. (also "Us") within its website. The user is defined as the person using the Venchi Chatbot. Please read these terms of use carefully before interacting with the Venchi Chatbot.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Venchi Chatbot is an automated system powered by Azure OpenAI based on generative artificial intelligence. It is designed to answer users' questions about Venchi S.p.A.'s products and/or services and to provide them with information and assistance.

LIABILITY

Venchi S.p.A. is committed to providing the most accurate information possible through the Venchi Chatbot. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or completeness of the information provided. The Venchi Chatbot can sometimes provide inaccurate information. Therefore, we encourage you to verify any information provided by the Venchi Chatbot before taking any action or making any decision based on the information received. Venchi S.p.A. assumes no responsibility or guarantee for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. Venchi S.p.A. expressly reserves the right to change, add or delete individual or all functions of the Venchi Chatbot without prior notice, or to discontinue the Venchi Chatbot temporarily or permanently. Venchi S.p.A. in no way guarantees that the Venchi Chatbot will be available on a continual basis. Venchi S.p.A. is not obliged to provide the Venchi Chatbot for a set period of time. Venchi S.p.A. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and representatives accept no liability for the information provided and cannot be held liable for any actions, losses or damages arising from the use of the Venchi Chatbot.

USE OF THE VENCHI CHATBOT BY THE USER

The use of the Venchi Chatbot is intended for persons aged 18 and over. If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Venchi Chatbot under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in connection with the Venchi Chatbot.

By using the Venchi Chatbot, you agree:

  • not to post, send or share defamatory, offensive, intimidating, unlawful, racist, discriminatory, obscene or inappropriate content in any form through the Venchi Chatbot.
  • not to use the Venchi Chatbot to conduct illegal or immoral activities.
  • not to attempt to compromise the security of the Venchi Chatbot or access confidential information relating to the service.
  • not to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Venchi Chatbot or any part of it, without our prior written consent.

PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

We prioritise the privacy and security of our users' information. For any information on the processing of personal data, please read the privacy policy at https://uk.venchi.com/privacy-policy. In any case, we suggest that you do not share any personal information when interacting with the Venchi Chatbot that is not useful and/or required for the purpose of handling your assistance request. Please note that interactions between you and Venchi through the Venchi Chatbot may be processed by Venchi on an anonymous basis to improve the effectiveness of the Venchi Chatbot and provide increasingly appropriate, thorough and relevant answers to users' requests over time. By using the Venchi Chatbot, you acknowledge and accept this Terms of Use document. If you do not agree with the content of this Terms of Use document, please refrain from using the Venchi Chatbot in any way.
