The classic Cremino is a square chocolate, just over 2.5 centimetres wide by 1.5 centimetres high. This is a chocolate with a soft consistency due to the alternation of two layers of milk gianduja and a layer of white chocolate with almond cream. Cremino 1878 is produced exclusively using Piedmont Hazelnuts. The "Prendivoglia" is a dark chocolate with a hazelnut flavour: the recipe requires the use of a 56% dark chocolate to ensure that the aroma of hazelnuts is enhanced as far as possible without being masked by the intensity of the more bitter dark chocolate. The recipe is the same as for the dark hazelnut chocolate bar, the "Tank" shape offers you three sweet flavours. The gianduiotto was born in Piedmont, forever famous for the cultivation of hazelnuts with unique organoleptic properties. Today, as then, Venchi produces the gianduiotto using Piedmont Hazelnuts, first roasted and then mixed (with a minimum content of 32%) with milk chocolate, for a chocolate with a velvety texture and fragrant aroma.
