Venchi S.p.A., Data Controller, hereby informs you that the data you provide will be processed, even with computer and telematic facilities, respecting the EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”). These data will be processed for the purpose of managing the contact you requested, sending information and receiving CV. The legal basis is the execution of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6b of the Regulation). The refusal to give your data will make impossible to proceed further with the service you asked. The data will be stored as long as necessary to comply with your request but no longer than 12 months starting from your demand. These data could be disclosed, in order to fulfil your request and only if strictly necessary to third parties as couriers and freight forwarders and to providers of services for the purpose of the website maintenance and database management but they won’t be widespread and the will be processed inside the EU territory. In accordance with the article 15 to 22 of the Regulation, as Data Subject, you have the right to access and update your data, integrate them, rectify them and ask to delete, suspend and limit the process, if performed in breach of the Regulation and exercise the right to data portability.
