Starry Easter Colomba Cake

Left to prove for a long time, it's made with sourdough starter, stone-ground flour, Moscato d’Asti La Spinetta grape juice, and candied oranges. It's topped with Piedmont hazelnut paste, Sicilian almonds, and Venezuelan cocoa beans. Our Colomba (Easter bread) is a masterpiece of the Michelin-star chef Gian Piero Vivalda.
