Both the Traditional Panettone (1 kg) and the Chocoviar version are fragrant and mouth-watering. This kit includes our Traditional version, free of preservatives, made artisanally by Michelin-starred chef Gian Piero Vivalda of the Antica Corona Reale di Cervere with sourdough, candied oranges, sultanas, Inalpi butter from a certified Piedmontese supply chain and Sparea alpine spring water. The Chocoviar Panettone (1 kg), on the other hand, features intense Chocoviar 75% crunch and is covered with a mouth-watering layer of chocolate.
