Ingredients and craftsmanship

The filling combines a fresh, slightly tangy mango coulis with a layer of mango white chocolate, for a double layer of flavour. A double milk chocolate structure wraps it all, while the white Chocoviar pearls on top add the crunchy contrast that makes every Chocoviar chocolate instantly recognisable.

How to enjoy it

Ideal with a delicate, floral tea, such as Oolong, which softens the fruity sweetness without masking its intensity, or served alongside a fresh, fruity cocktail on warmer days. Just as good on its own, at room temperature, to fully appreciate the creaminess of the filling.
