Selection of vegan-friendly recipes carefully crafted to provide the rich, intense flavour of chocolate without using any animal-derived products. Similarly, we offer fresh and creamy gelato/sorbet options that are milk free and water based. This enables us to create delicious recipes that bring out the pure, authentic flavours of our ingredients.
Thanks to our ongoing research, we have successfully developed a range of intense yet balanced chocolate products with 70% less sugar than standard Venchi recipes and with no artificial sweeteners. Furthermore, one of our key priorities is gradually reducing the amount of sugar in all our recipes, replacing it with healthier ingredients like hazelnuts, pistachios and almonds, which provide crunch and unique flavour.
