Nougatine is still produced following the traditional recipe: hazelnuts belonging to the exclusive variety coming from the well-known Langhe region. They are ground, then caramelised and coated with 56% dark chocolate. The Nougatine wrapping is gently twisted to create a bulky tuft. That's why Nougatine is the perfect choice to quickly fill up biscuit or chocolate jars: they are light, everyone likes them, and they are quite voluminous. The 1 kg Bag contains 175 pieces weighing 6 g each. It is a sturdy pack without any decorations or extra ribbons, ideal for refilling.
